Individual Psychodynamic Consulting

Individual psychodynamic consulting helps a person gain a deeper understanding of recurring emotional difficulties and relational patterns. This process creates space for the person to explore their inner world, become aware of unconscious emotional dynamics, and develop healthier emotional and relational experiences.

Support for Family and Relationship Dynamics

Through psychodynamic methods we create space to understand the recurring emotional patterns that emerge in close relationships, strengthen communication through deeper self-awareness, and cultivate more secure, meaningful, and emotionally healthy connections.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the United States and a Master’s degree from the International Psychoanalytic University in Berlin, where I specialized in the clinical field with a major in psychoanalytic therapy methods. Having been born in Turkey, raised during my early adulthood in Germany, and later building my life in the United States, I bring a cross-cultural perspective to my work. These experiences allow me to meet clients with sensitivity to cultural, emotional, and relational differences, and to offer sessions fluently in Turkish, German, and English.

For over nine years, I have consulted individuals and families as they navigate emotional pain, relationship difficulties, and deeply rooted inner conflicts. I have worked with clients from multiple countries including Turkey, Germany, Dubai, Poland and Croatia. My online sessions provide flexibility to work with people around the world. My work focuses on understanding the unconscious emotional and relational patterns that shape how we feel, think, and connect — often beyond conscious awareness. Many of our struggles are not random; they are meaningful responses shaped by earlier emotional experiences. By bringing these patterns into awareness, we create the space for lasting inner change.

No. This service is psychodynamic consulting, not licensed psychotherapy or mental health treatment.

The first session is longer because it is the beginning of understanding your unique emotional story and allows space to explore your background, struggles, emotional patterns, and deeper meanings.

There is no fixed number of sessions. Some people feel relief within a few sessions, others stay longer to explore deeper patterns. The process unfolds at your pace.

Once a week is usually recommended. In some situations, twice-weekly sessions may be helpful. Frequency can be adjusted based on your needs.

At certain times, there may be a waiting period. All inquiries are answered within 48 hours.
